The Butcher’s Table is built on a simple idea — great meat begins at the source and ends in a meal to remember.

We work to bring you the very best in ethically and sustainably farmed British meat, hand-selected from trusted farms that share our commitment to animal welfare and traditional methods.

We butcher whole animals in-house. That’s how it should be done. It means we respect the whole animal, not just the popular cuts and can offer better value across everything we sell. We know exactly where your food comes from so you won’t find trays of anonymous, pre-packed meat here, just properly prepared cuts, handled by people who know and love what they’re doing.
