We specialise in grass-fed beef, dry-aged steaks and British Full Blood Wagyu, all prepared through whole carcass butchery — a respectful, skilled approach that brings out the best in every cut. Our carefully selected range also includes delicious free-range pork, chicken and native breed lamb, raised naturally and slowly for unbeatable flavour and tenderness. Plus a selection of handpicked artisan deli items and wines to complement your meal.
